DeviantArtist Questionnaire

1.How long have you been on DeviantArt?
Since first year of high school, and according to the site it's been 9 years. Holy molly it's been so long already!

2.What does your username mean?
Funny story!....Not really. Back when I created the account I didn't know what to pick for my username so I picked the name of a character, Hazura Sinner, I had designed for a friend story. People got so used to it that it's been my name on the internet since then and I'm totally fine with it.

3.Describe yourself in three words.
Hmm....Silly, sensible (maybe too much for my own good) and hard-working.

4.Are you left or right handed?
LEFT HANDED FTW!! HOW MANY OF MY KIND ARE THERE!! XD

5.What was your first deviation?
I have already deleted it but I'm sure it was either a Yu-Gi-Oh! sketch or a Final Fantasy one.

6.What is your favourite type of art to create?
I'm going to say traditional, even though most of the art I upload is digital. I was only introduced to digital art when I was in high school, by then I was already 15, and was (and still is) cool to work on that type but I've always preferred traditional because I feel more in control of my movements and like to feel that I'm actually holding the materials I'm using to make art.

7.If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?
Oh that would have to be Surrealism style! I just love those weird and yet deep meaningful drawings, like Salvador Dali's paintings.

8.What was your first favourite?
I'm obviously not going to remember because it was a long time ago, heck I can't even remember what I had for dinner yesterday, how am I going to remember my first fav? XD

9.What type of art do you tend to favourite the most?
I don't have a preference, anything that leaves me speechless, or makes me laugh, transmits emotions, and even great references is pretty much what I add to my favorites list.

10.Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?
I'm going to say Endling. Every time I see his art, be it new or old, I get inspired to work on my own art and work hard to draw even better to reach such professional level.

11.If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?
First person to pop in my mind is rinacat, she's such an amazing and fun person and I've followed her art since I joined this site, one of my first fandoms here was because of her too. And the other person is NintendoGal55, we talked just a few times but she's a nice and funny person, so positive and creative too.

12.How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?
I would prefer to say that many had a great impact in my life instead of one, because let's be honest, I wouldn't be here today if weren't for all those who've been following my art, faving/commenting and giving constructive critics. All these were important factors that helped me grow as an artist and person as well.

13.What are your preferred tools to create art?
Paper and pencils are my first choice of course! XD Also watercolors, Copic Markers, coloring pencils, and in digital art there's Paint Tool SAI, Adobe PhotoShop CS5 and Manga Studio EX5.

14.What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?
At home in my room, I'd say the attic too because I got my own workspace there but it's more comfy and less lonely here. XD And also if I'm with my friends I get inspiration to draw right away.

15.What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?
It's actually a recent one, may be silly for many of you, it was on my birthday when I saw the many messages of birthday wishes people sent me. It has so much meaning to me because for the last 5 years I've been like "meh, ok another year yay I'm getting older, whatever I don't care anymore", and only my family and closest friends ever cared about it (bless them for that tho!). And then I'm greeted by over a hundred messages from fans and I was genuinely happy to see that they took a moment of their time to wish me a happy birthday. To see that people actually care enough at that point and not just be like "whatever, I just follow for the art, gimme art", it's such a wonderful feeling. I don't know how to describe it. For the first time in 9 years that I've been here I realized that some people care about more than just art, and that's wonderful because we are not machines just making art. Ok I'm going to stop now before it gets out of hand, as usual.
